Help! I can't add contacts to my IPad2.

I just went to add a contact to my contacts and there is no + symbol to add new contacts. Does anyone have any suggestions. I have already rebooted several times and still no option for me to add new contacts a the bottom of the screen.

Try closing the app completely in the multi-task bar. Double press the Home button to open the bar, then press and hold any icon until they all start to jiggle. Now touch the upper left hand corner of the Contacts app icon in the bar to completely close it and see if that fixes the problem.

No that doesn't work either. The plus symbol is completely gone. There is no sighn of it. I can't figure it out!

Go to settings - iCloud. Is it turned on there.

Go to settings. Click iCloud. Allow contact merge. Now go to contact app and plus sign will appear on bottom left page. Good luck.
