Help needed to identify that software

For tutorial purpose, I would like to know what software is used to do that YouTube video.

I asked the owner, but no answer yet...

Probably Display Recorder app (or whatever it's called now). I think that's the only screen recorder for iOS out there.

Given that the video is showing a jail broken iDevice, I will say that he's using Display Recorder, a jail break tweak by Ryan Petrich. It's available on Cydia (the jail breaker's "app store") for $4.99 (USD).

Of course, you have to be jail broken to get/use it...
