Help with app

Hi all,

I have an app that I use all the time that just stopped working. I've tried what I think is everything including a master reset erasing everything and starting over to no avail. The app still will not work. Any guidance or direction to where I can get help is highly appreciated in advance. The app in question is HBO GO.

After your resetting, is your iPad working other than the HBO app?

I'm assuming that you re-installed the HBO app and still not working?

Did you check their website for a possible solution?

Just a few questions to get you started on a solution - good luck!
 
Thanks. Everything works fine except the one app. Checked website, called provider, no info. I am at a total loss.

Did you delete and reinstall the app?

If that does not work, then I cannot provide much more help - hope that you find a solution - :)
 
I did this step first before I did a master reset. Nothing has worked so far but your help is appreciated.
