Help with os5

Hi and welcome to the Forum!
Have you done backups on your PC before. If not, depending on what you have on your iPad, it can take a very long time. Upgrading now will take you straight to IOS 5.0.1, make sure you have the latest version of iTunes and it's a good idea to disable your virus protection for the duration of the upgrade.
