Help with QuickVoice

I downloaded the free version of QuickVoice. I saw no instructions. I recorded an interview for a test. Afterward I could not see how to save the recording. The only option seemed to be to "email" the recording. When I hit email the recording, my recording vanished. Am I screwed? Can I recover my recording? Thanks for any and all help.
