Help with vidoes

Hi there I am trying to watch a fitness video for a site I am a member of and they won't play, but we can watch YouTube. Videos ?
Can someone help me

This so doesn't make sense I can watch it on the Mac ?

If it's Flash you won't be able to play it as Flash isn't supported by Apple.

The Puffin browser is currently one of the best Flash enabled browsers in the App Store. Try the free version and see if your site works with it. If it does you can upgrade to paid version.

All Flash enabled browsers work by running the website through a remote sever. This means extra delays. If the service is being heavily used at the moment or your internet connection poor, it can be a less than optimum experience. Which is a long way of saying, sometimes it works ok, and sometimes it does not. ymmv
