Ok, I have an Ipad 2 and love it. But my brother who is deaf needs one so we can FaceTime, but he doesn't have much money, since our Mom passed away in Nov.
I wanted to see if there was a way to get free WiFi without using a telephone modem. He reads lips, so it would be great for him to have an Ipad so we can talk face to face and he could read my lips.
Any one know how to get free WiFi or a cheap one??
He is a wonderful big brother and I worry about him living alone. So, any help with this would me greatly appreciated.

Lots of shopping centres, coffee shops etc offer free wifi.
