Okay I had my ipad jail broken from cydia but when I try to remove it it backed up to 4.3.4 when it originally was a 4.3.3 any helpn?
How can I jailbreak my 4.3.4 IPad 1

I'm assuming you want to keep your jailbreak or re-jailbreak your iPad? Your post was a little unclear...
If you have your SHSH blobs saved for iOS version 4.3.3, then you can simply restore the iPad1 back to that version and re-jailbreak it.
If you didn't save your blobs, then I'm afraid you'll have to do a tethered jailbreak on iOS 4.3.4 using the redsnow tutorial in the tutorial part of this Hacking section.
If you don't want to re-jailbreak, then you're okay. iOS 4.3.4 is just an update from Apple.
