How can I snip and paste in wordpress on IPad?

I am a blogger, and I use Wordpress. I do a good bit of snip and paste, but I have to have a place to save the item that's snipped. On my Dell laptop I use the snipping tool, but what can I use on the Ipad?

I use the iPad's native Notes app for storing copy-and-paste items. It's not ideal but it's a convenient way and it's already built-in.
