How can i transfer music from my friends mac to my ipad?

Does someone know how I can transfer music from my friend Mac computer which he had purchased over iTunes to my ipad2? Is there an app or program we need to use to transfer. We found a way with photos using the app phototransferapp . Please advice thanks

Transferring the music your friend purchased in iTunes to your iPad would be a form of piracy. Stay legal and purchase your own music.
