How can you play Flash Games on the iPad?

Hi, I was on newgrounds.com (for those of you who don't know what newgrounds.com is, it's an awesome site with a lot of cool games on it) today and I was unable to play some of my favourite games. I would like to know if there is some sort of app that allows you to play flash games on the iPad? Or is there any thing else I can install that will let me play flash games. I know Skyfire let's you watch flash videos, but I tried it and it didn't work for flash games. I'm not intirely sure if they're called flash games, but I would like to play the games on newgrounds.com is there any way I can do that?

You can try the Flash Video Expose app. It's pretty cool.

Splashtop? Or other rdp Is pretty much your only alternative to having the full flash boat....

I've tried iSwifter and Atomic Web, they work pretty well with flash.
