How do I get my apps back on replacement iPad 2?

So I just got a replacement iPad 2 today and restored it from my backup and all my settings came back, but none of my apps did. I can see them in iTunes, but how do I get them to transfer to my new iPad?

Does iTunes have sync apps selected?
