How to connect to old data plan with replacement Verizon iPad

I had to get my Verizon iPad 2 3G replaced at the Apple store. Now I don't know how to connect to my old Verizon data plan. If I re-enter my information it complains that my emails creeds is already in use. Any ideas?

Hmm...I've moved this to the Help section because I think it will receive better attention there, but maybe Carriers would be good too...let's see how it goes in Help....hope this is OK.

The easiest thing to do would be to take it into your nearest Verizon store and ask them to transfer the plan. They may be able to do it over the phone.
