I have had my Ipad 2 3G for sometime now, now I'm trying to add data or change plan and it's telling me there's no plan currently available with a button (Back) Should I call my phone company? I'm with Bell.
What country are you in. In the US you can only activate your iPad with AT&T or Verizon (depending on what model you bought).
Bell does not sound familiar, so I'm guessing not the U.S.
Calling your phone company is probably the right thing to do then, since each of them will have it's own SIM card and method of activation (if they support the iPad).
