How to copy photo folders into iPad

I have a folder of a recentl holiday. Withing this folder there are subfolders of various places visited with more pictures inside. How do I copy and view these photo in the iPad? To which location should I copy? I copied a folder using i-FunBox into the camera folder I think, but it does not show up in Photos app.

Any good free Photo Manager available?

Sync the main folder using iTunes....it should work...
