How to listen to webcasts on the Ipad

Are there any Ipad apps that will allow you to listen to webcasts that stream via the Windows Media Player or Real Player? I would like to listen to companies’ earnings announcement presentations. The majority of these are streamed via Windows Media and/or Real Player. Any other suggestions that would allow me to listen to these webcasts on my Ipad would be appreciated as well.
