Hi guys just bought a 16gb iPad. I sold my MacBook to a friend. All I did was email,web,and iTunes. So I thought the iPad was perfect for me.. So my question is how do I upload pics on ebay. I tried and it sass I need adobe flash.selling on bay is probably the most technical thing I do.

Are you going to eBay from your browser or are you using the eBay app? I do all of my eBay'ing on my PC and have not even tried the eBay app to be honest, mostly because the reviews are pretty "bottom heavy". The total number of 1 and 2 star ratings is just about equal to the total number of 3, 4 and 5 star ratings.

There's an eBay app called 'ebay seller'. It's actually an iPhone app, but it'll work on the iPad just fine. It let's you upload pictures from your album.

This is just one more reason the iPad isn't ready to replace the laptop. I can do everything I need to do on eBay by going to their website, but apparently I need different apps to accomplish the same thing on my iPad.

This isn't a rant, just an observation. I guess my expectations for the iPad are a bit more realistic than others.

G-t: You can host the pics somewhere (we should all have at least one domain, or free pic site) and fill-in-the-Red parts of:

<img src="http://www.yourdomain.com/images/yourpicture.jpg">

'img src' is a common way to post an image in Ebay ...or even a forum like this.

(I have not tried this off my iPad .. the iMac is my business tool)

eBay really doesn't want you to upload pics from your computer. They really want you to link your pictures from a 3rd party like Photobucket. I think that's easy to understand. The Photobucket app works great and you can get the link and paste into ebay.

I think I probably expected the iPad apps to be as good as the iPhone ones, but the iPhone eBay app loads well onto the iPad and allows easy selling straight from the iPad with photos!
Sort out the iPad apps folks xxx
