Any help would be great fully acknowledged

I couldn't get that link to work but, if you see an image using Safari - i.e. you can view it, if you touch and hold the image a pop-up box appears offering you 'Copy' or 'Save Image'. As I said, I couldn't try it on the file you were referring because, when I clicked on the link you'd provided, the site reported that it couldn't locate the page in the URL.

Still that may require a google groups log in ?.so it may network for you

Let me try your idea and revert back

Yes - I can't see it because I'm not a Member. Another option is to use GoodReader, of course, which can download any format of file.
