You need to be quiet...read a book or have soothing music on, if you wake up too soon make sure your body is in the same position as when you first got to sleep, then read etc, repeating the same pattern every time. If you are really hyped up do some exercise ( not in your bedroom - unless it's the romantic kind ) , like yoga,or tai chi or go for a very long walk in a peaceful quiet environment until you don't feel so rev'd up and then go home and follow the first stuff to do.
