How to upgrade my ipad1 with version 4.2.1 to os5.

Hello! Pls how do I upgrade my ipad1 O's with version 4.2.1 to O's 5. Tnks. I need your help.

The best way to do it is to (1) make a backup of your iPad in iTunes and then, while in iTunes (2) select the option to upgrade. iTunes will pretty much take care of the process for you.
