Good morning: I just acquired my new ipad this past week. If someone could recommend some good free apps and give me some pointers, I would be appreciative. Also, please recommend how to have the time/temperature/date on my screen all the time and as soon as I turn it on, also, would appreciate some good free book recommendations to read. Good morning to you. There's the free version of Plants versus Zombies, and I'm not sure if games by TI are free anymore, although they do change some from $1.99 to free. Look them up.

Hi and welcome to the Forum!

Have you set your date and time ....Settings - General - Date and Time and set it here. As for Temperature, I feel you need to be jail broken to have this feature.
