I Cant Make A New YouTube Account And Change My Name If I Use My Google Account

I want to make a new youtube account but im not sure how to on Safari . It just redirects me to Google Accounts . And it says if I use my google account , I cant change my name . Which is a problem . Can anyone help me ?
