I derped, please help.

I recently installed NCSettings and didn't like it, so, without thinking, I didn't uninstall NCSettings before I went back to SBSettings. Now my device resprings every three seconds and I can't do anything to stop it. Yes, I have mobile substrate. Yes, I have tried doing safe mode. No, it did not work. I really can't rejailbreak it because I have a passcode and it wont jailbreak it with a passcode. Restoring isn't an option either because all my backups are in iCloud and Apple doesn't have remote backup, AND my computer has never connected to the iTunes store to restore that way to begin with. Am I screwed or what?

Have you tried holding the volume up as your phone is booting?
