I want to jailbreak my iPad but what exactly does it mean,how will it benefit. E and can it be undone lol

Check out the hacking section of this forum for jailbreaking answers, but hurry. iOs5.1 is on it's way, and if you leave it too long you will lose the chance to jailbreak, perhaps for a very long time.

iOs5.1 has not been released yet. There is an untethered JB available for 5.0.1 which is the latest version. So long as you jailbreak while you still have that version you'll be OK.
