Why Jailbreak???

I upgraded my iPad to 4.3. Should I downgrade it to a version that I can JB or wait for a JB for 4.3? If downgrade what version should i downgrade to and how do i do that?

For the current iOS release, it should be a matter of days. Some reports mentioned a release for untethered jailbreak this weekend. However, the newly released 4.3.1 update might push that date back into next week.
