I'm mostly a PC guy but I got this new iPad 2 for Christmas and need some help figuring the ways to make it act like a PC . Seriously, though - I know that it isn't a computer but I'm used to being able to save, drag/drop between programs, upload stuff from external media and other routines that I've been doing for years and will need some help. That's why I'm here. Not that it's important, but my username is "ell"beck not "eye"beck. Most other forums where I frequent mistake the lower-case l for an upper-case I, but I'm used to it.

I got over the fact that the iPad is not a computer, the second I began enjoying
its ease of operation. It's my McPuter.

I got a 16 GB iPad for Christmas a year ago and I use it for reading books. I have two Bibles and some books from Project Gutenberg in iBooks.

Just picked up my first apple product ever. I got an ipad2 16gb, It's awesome. I came from the last few years of supporting android, but wanted to give apple a shot. So far so good. Thanks for All the great info this site has provided.

Hello everyone, I am new to this forum but not to the "I" product. I've owned the 160gb ipod classic, 32gb iPod, the 4gb shuffle, 3g iPhone, 16gb wi-fi and 3G, and now I have the iphone 4s 16gb. As you can tell I love Apple!

I am a Mac person and love my iPad, except that it doesn't have Flash. That is the only downfall of the iPad and I am thinking of jailbreaking it because of this reason. I can't do work with some of the school programs without flash player. I never leave home without my iPad, which I got for my 45th birthday , which is the iPad1-64GB. I do everything on my iPad from school work, job search, Cub Scout Den work, photography and reading.
