Hi i'm Jakesmama. we bought this IPad as a gift for our family last Christmas. I Use it very little and know very little about it. We got it to stimulate our son with disabilities since success has been reported for other children. He uses it to draw and make pictures. He uses it to learn letters and words with "first words". I joined because I need help. Thanks for having a forum and threads for new users. :)

Good luck jakesmomma

Hi, I'm Craig;

I have an iPad 2 now for about a week. Primary purpose is to have a flexible schedule keeping device and for work. I am old enough I sometimes struggle to read the schedule on my iPhone and the input is so much easier to accomplish on the iPad. I still will sync it to my phone.

It will take a while to learn other uses for business, but the potential is obvious.

Just wish my friends would stop suggesting games.

Cheers all
