I have an iPad since June/11 and find the learning curve to be rather steep as I was only familiar with Windows operating system. I am therfore looking for assistance and tips on getting the max out of my iPad.

Hi there and welcome to the Forum. I can understand your sentiment, I was also only familiar with windows, and found it a challenge to begin. A great thread for a lot of tips I found useful is Tips and Tricks - for those of us who don't know. You'll find that doing some searches will answer a lot of your questions, if you get stuck then just post your questions, there are many friendly and informed members here only too willing to help you.
