The iPad doesn't support Flash - and never will. The only workaround is to use a remote desktop app and watch the Flash content remotely on your iPad from your PC. A favourite remote desktop app that Members like is Splashtop. There's a free, limited-viewing-time, version available, so you can try it at no risk.

There are many reviews and comments on this app in the Forum so check it out.

But, still, the bottom line is that the iPad doesn't support Flash.

Yes, that's true for me also. I've recently been researching a holiday and my MacBook is the only way to go. But it had sat idle for a while. I find I use the iPad so much more for everyday things.
