Boy, I've been reading about the flooding in Calgary - we've vacationed often in Canada (mostly the eastern & western Provinces) - but did a week long trip to Alberta in the 90s - Jasper, Banff, Lake Louise, & Calgary. In fact, I'm in the midst of a BIG project scanning in family photos and numerous slides from our previous trips and have several that bring back fond memories of the beauty of the Canadian Rockies & the many lakes - below Lake Lousie & Moraine Lake - :)

Here's a crew out pressure cleaning the sewer lines in my neighbourhood. image-1114387989.webp.

They need two trucks to do this?

My latest creation:

I like your signature. It makes me smile. I haven't seen it before, it seems to be new.

Yes, the right hand truck has the machinery and hoses for the pressure cleaning. The left hand truck is basically a large vacuum cleaner, sucking up all the debris flushed out by the high pressure water jets from the other truck. BTW, there's actually a third truck several blocks away that's connected to the other end of the hose from the first truck.

I know that this was done in my village, too. Very rarely. I can't remember how many trucks were here. 1, perhaps 2, but certainly not 3.

It is. I changed it yesterday, being inspired by something I said to my brother a few days ago.

I like your signature too Samana, and your posts and.......hang on, someone at the door. They look like men with white coats, and one is holding what looks like a straight jacket.....
