On your last picture, are there sandbags on the other side of the creek? How high's the water level supposed to rise?

The prediction is that it could rise as high as where the sandbags are. The crest is supposed to arrive about Wednesday.

What happens to the bridge on your pictures then? Is it high enough, so that it doesn't get flooded?

The bridge isn't likely to be closed by flooding, but they have barricades prepared to move into position if need be.

The thumbnails are standard ones which come with the app. The basic app was free, and then I purchased a gallery of additional effects for a modest sum.
