A chair is a piece of furniture with a raised surface used to sit on, commonly for use by one person. Chairs are most often supported by four legs and have a back.

If you tell me where the raised surface is to sit on, I agree that this is a chair. Otherwise I'd like to think of this particular one as a piece of art.
The raised surface is about 50' up, at the top of the pole.
So to "take a seat", you're supposed to climb first? A multi-purpose chair! Before resting, do sports!
It also doubles as a power pole, carrying electrical power lines down the street.
We can't post that one.
