I'm not much of a shutter bug but this is the evening sun playing with the blossoms in our crab apple tree. The moon can be seen next to a twist of cloud.

It needs staining but you have to let pressure treated wood sit for a while before staining.

The finished article looks very good. It's certainly well built and yes, put up very quickly.

Interesting photos sci. Are you saying the cut down or incomplete statues represent the immigrants? When I first looked at them I thought they may have been vandalised by someone stealing the copper or brass metal. We've had a spate of copper thefts here in Adelaide due to the high copper prices.
