IMAP E-mail problems

Hi fellow members,

I am having problems with syncing my imap mailbox. It works ok for a few sync's. Then it stops connecting to my mail server. So I then need power it off and then 9 times out of ten it works.

The mail group on my laptop works with out issue.

Any thought or ideas.

Any thoughts people. Over the festive break it was faultless, but as soon as I get back to work it starts again. I have spoke to our tech guy and he seems to think the the settings are all correct. Any help would be very appreciated.
