My daughter somehow made an in app purchase even though I have in app purchases turned off. How did she manage that? I tried to replicate and only got a message that in app purchases are not allowed?
I tried to report the issue to Apple through the report a problem link from the purchase email and in iTunes but just got redirected to a generic Apple help page? What did I do wrong? Thanks!
