Incase iPad 2 car charger not working w new iPad

Is there a difference between the two? My iPad 2 charged fine, but my new iPad doesn't seem to charge. It keeps making the connection sound (the sound it makes when you plug it in) over and over, and says 64% charged, but does not actually charge.

Is there a different car charger for the new iPad?

It should use the same charger. Mine works fine.

It's weird. I swapped the Incase cable w a Griffin cable and it's charging now. The Incase cable is charging my iPhone 4s fine, and no problem w my iPad 2 either.
