BGR writes that it has heard from its sources close to Apple that iOS 8.2 could be released as soon as this coming Monday, or the week after at the latest. BGR has also learned that there could be as many as four iOS 8.3 beta versions, with two more still to go following on from the release of iOS 8.3 beta 2 last week. This means that we can expect iOS 8.3 fairly soon as well, with only two more betas left.
iOS 8.3 is expected to include support for lots of new features, including support for the Apple Watch, which is due to launch in early April. In fact, as AppleInsider notes, iOS 8.2 betas also had features that enabled developers to use WatchKit tools designed for the Apple Watch, although it’s not yet known if these will be included in the versionof iOS 8.2 that is released to the public, or kept until iOS 8.3. We’ll soon find out if iOS 8.2 is indeed released tomorrow!
