iOS 8 - Opinion... likes, dislikes, glitches (solutions?)

Now I am fully recovered from the ordeal of installing iOS 8.1 (nobody but myself to blame...) I am very pleased with what I am seeing. Looks great, runs smoothly so far. Would like to be able to turn off the 'iPad requires passcode on restarting' message that comes up every time, but hey. Small price to pay.
