To see if you have backups in iTunes, go to the iTunes menu and chose Preferences. Look under the Devices tab. It should show you a list of all devices backups on that computer, with the choice of deleting them.

OK! Wouldn't it be great if everything i want is backed up before i upgraded to IOS 7! I wouldn't have to worry about all the time I would have sitting at my laptop...which would result in me unconscious on the floor after 5-10 mins! Thanks again TPoet! More cyberhugs coming your way!
