Hi all. My name is Sal and I am new to this site, I am in urgent need of some help with a 2nd hand ipad I bought my partner for xmas if there is anyone that can help I would be grateful. After fully charging it, it all shuts down after using it for about 20 mins and will not switch back on until it has been on charge again for about half an hour. The battery indicator says there is still 100%. Its so disappointing.
