ipad 2 error 3194 and 1601

hi right now im trying to upgrade my ipad2 iOS from 4.3.3 to 5.01

when upgrading i encounter the error 3194, i changed the host file and did everything i could but still sprite up with 3194 error when trying to restore in itunes

i used TU to bypass 3194 error, then it stucks on "preparing to restore" and error 1601 comes up



been working 10 hours on this, really need help with my ipad 2

You cannot upgrade the iPad2 to iOS 5.0.1. Apple has stopped signing that firmware version (long ago!). The only firmware version you can upgrade to is iOS 5.1.
