Ipad 2 wont play email video clips

Hi. My wife and I have ipad 2 's. Hers will play email video clips. But mine won't. Any help. Appreciated.

Yes. I have no problems with mail. Just won't play the clips

Ae you using Safari or the native mail app or the app for a specific email provider?

Using google. It will play youtube clips. And I can't find any differences between thie. Two ipads.

You might try clearing cookies first.

There is a chance of incompatibility with google on iDevices. Not saying surely though.
You can try using the native mail apps or Safari for checking your email, or even download the apps from the app store.

If you want to continue with Google, you might need a third party apps like Goodplayer to play those clips.

I have same problem, just started, won't play you tube links from e mail anymore ,did you get an answer that worked ?
