Ipad 3 mail exchange failed

Good Day ,

I just bought new Ipad 3 32GO , now I tried to configure exchange mail in the Ipad but is not working . I followed the steps that is recommanded to configure the exchange mail . I put the eamil adresse and pasword after ask me the pop and Smtp after this step give me error . can someone help me I will be thankful
