Ipad 3 Skype incoming video is blurry?

The incoming video on skype is very low resolution. It's not the other person's camera because if we skype to my pc the image is fine.
Then I tried skyping from ipad to my pc: The ipad output video (to my pc) looks great, but the video from my pc to the ipad is very blurry.
Anyone else have this problem?

I do. I always thought it was just my Internet connection.

My incoming video is blurry too and it's not the internet. Is there some way to fix this?
