A few days ago, safari stopped working. It started on the chat, connecting and disconnecting constantly. Then it stopped loading the pages altogether.

I'm talking about GPRS internet from the MicroSIM. WiFi still works fine.

I have two separate providers here in Italy: Tim and 3. Both SIMs dont work.

I have reset network, hard reset and finally I updated to 4.3, still no go.

Any ideas or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

GPRS is the 'lowest' data rate GSM connection - so you can often have problems with this. Do you never see EDGE or 3G? 'Chatting' on GPRS (do you mean audio chat?) is a challenging experience - so you really need to see at least EDGE.

I know you said this started just a few days ago - but were you on GPRS then? Perhaps you were in a different location where there was EDGE, 3G or even HSDPA (3.5G)
