iPad Air and App Store

Hi All,

When I go to the App store, the application opens but I cannot do anything. In other words, if I try to download an app or do a search, I get the usual visuals showing that something is happening but then, nothing happens.

What is happening?

This is happening to me sometimes. Maybe the Wi-Fi connection is slow, or something else is causing this glitch.

Try force closing the app. Maybe this will help.

To force close, tap the Home button twice to reveal the multitask bar.
In iOS 6, tap and hold an app icon until they start to wiggle, delete the App Store app from there.
In iOS 7, slide the App Store picture/thumbnail above the app icon towards the top of the screen.

After I read your response, I completely turned off the iPad and everything worked fine after restarting. The old "reboot" trick!!
