iPad audio jack pinout

Hello.

Although a search of the forum turns up pinouts for apple's 30-pin connector, I have been unable to find pinouts for the audio jack. From what I can gather, it is capable of stereo output and mic in simultaneously (requiring four conductors). Does anyone happen to know which conductors map to ground, left output, right output and mic in?

This does not say iPad, but it is the correct pinout.
