Ipad bleed??

Hi all,

I've eventually got my iPad 2 whoooowhhooooo!

However, what exactly is screen bleed? When I turned it on and had the black screen with apple logo the corners of the screen seemed a little lighter/redder is this normal? Will it get worse?
