For the past week I have been unable to receive emails from senders that are using the aol.com account. The missing messages are not in the spam folder either. If they use any other account I get the message fine. I only have an MSN mail account; I do not have an aol email account myself. There is nothing blocked in my settings/ mail. What else could cause this?
