OK I resolved the issue. Just in case, I will let others know. I used a program called TouchCopy, which is a free trial program. You connect with iPad via USB and go to the Files tab. Then proceed under Library/MobileSubstrate/DynamicLibraries, and delete this last folder called DynamicLibraries. Reboot device and you should be back in business. Or at least in working order. I had to rearrange many icons and reinstall my tweaks. This time I only installed those I know that worked.
I do have one question for anyone now. All of my tweaks (i.e. barrel, infinidock, gridlock, etc) are not in my Setting tab, which means I am unable to change any settings for each tweak. Anyone know what to do here?
